About the position

Join Axon as a Bilingual HR Generalist (Spanish-English) and expand your career within our fast-paced and rapidly growing global company. You will be supporting projects and leaders across our COO organization (Finance, IT, Commercial Operations) with particular attention dedicated to Global Operations. You will be located within our manufacturing facility in North Phoenix (about a 15 minute drive from our Headquarters office). In this role, you will support leaders and projects in the execution of global People Operations programs and initiatives. You will provide front line support to managers and leaders in a variety of ways, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and special initiatives. Your responsibilities will include completing project-specific tasks across the COO organization, such as organizational health reports, after-action reviews, background materials for executive reviews, and ad hoc compensation analyses. You will partner with HR specialists, HR Business Partners, and business stakeholders to help build out and refine the on-site support model for Global Operations manufacturing sites. As a superuser for HR and compliance systems, you will steward employee data and generate reports with a high level of data integrity. You will also provide insights and ideas to automate and continuously improve HR processes that enhance the employee experience. Where needed, you will support conflict resolution, employee counseling, and conduct exit interviews. Additionally, you will understand and support compliance with legal guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English and Spanish is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Strong analytics and familiarity with data analysis; advanced Excel and WorkDay experience a plus.
  • Understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, compliance regulations, and licensing/filing with state governing bodies.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects.
