About the position

Vaco is currently hiring for a Bilingual HR Generalist in Milwaukee County. This position is full-time and requires the employee to work onsite in Wauwatosa, WI. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by managing various HR functions and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a streamlined recruitment plan in collaboration with executive leaders, conducting interviews, generating offer letters, and coordinating and leading orientations for new hires. Additionally, the HR Generalist will educate new employees on HR and company policies, maintain employee files, and utilize resources such as Predictive Index and Disc assessments to enhance recruitment and employee engagement. The role also involves assisting with benefits information, including 401k plans, open enrollment, and any changes related to employee benefits. This position encompasses full-cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing candidates, screening applications, and facilitating the hiring process from start to finish.

Requirements

• BA in Human Resources is preferred
• 1+ year of HR experience
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
