Environment Control Phoenix is seeking a dedicated Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team. We specialize in janitorial services and are committed to providing a positive work environment for our employees. The Bilingual HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a supportive workplace culture. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate in both English and Spanish, as well as manage multiple HR tasks efficiently. The HR Generalist will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating the onboarding process for new hires. Employee relations will also be a key focus, ensuring that employees feel supported and heard. Compliance is another critical aspect of this role; the HR Generalist must stay updated on employment laws and ensure that the company adheres to these regulations. In addition to these responsibilities, the HR Generalist will assist with benefits administration, helping employees enroll in health insurance and other benefits while collaborating with providers to ensure smooth operations. Record-keeping is essential, as the HR Generalist will maintain accurate employee records and manage health insurance, worker's compensation claims, and EEOC reporting. The role also involves coordinating company events and maintaining regular communication with HR and Operations teams, as well as placing weekly recruitment advertisements to attract new talent.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for recruitment and onboarding.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years previous HR experience.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
