Additionally, the HR Generalist will implement and oversee benefit functions, providing employees with necessary information and support. They will ensure adherence to FMLA regulations, providing guidance and support to employees as needed. The role will also involve utilizing Ceridian and Dayforce systems to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. Strong communication skills will be leveraged to provide clear and constructive feedback to employees and management, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
