About the position

The Bilingual Human Resource Manager position is a newly created role within a well-established Agricultural/Food organization in Burlington, Kentucky. This position is essential due to the company's recent growth and aims to enhance HR functions within the food manufacturing sector. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while fostering a family-oriented company culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with management to understand employee benefits and improve retention.
• Implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee discipline.
• Strong understanding of employee retention strategies and benefits.
• Experience in the professional services industry is highly required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency is a must.
