About the position

The Bilingual HR Operations Manager will oversee HR functions for a major manufacturing facility, focusing on staffing, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish and aims to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely staffing solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee payroll processing for the client's onsite staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service to the client and their employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on staffing, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
