About the position

The Human Resources Representative (HHA Onboarding Specialist) plays a vital role in the onboarding process for Home Health Aide (HHA) employees at a rapidly expanding home care agency. This position is essential for ensuring that new hires are well-prepared to deliver exceptional care to patients. The role emphasizes creativity, efficiency, and the ability to foster strong relationships with candidates, contributing directly to the growth and quality of the caregiver team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the New Hire process, including collecting and reviewing candidate onboarding documents.
• Handle onboarding of new hires, transfers, promotions, and ensure data entry and document review are accurate.
• Collaborate with the Background Investigation Coordinator to ensure all required background checks are completed.
• Serve as the main point of contact for HHA candidates, addressing their questions and concerns during the onboarding process.
• Review and verify the completeness of onboarding documents, including I-9, E-Verify, and work/education verification.

Requirements

• 3 years of onboarding or human resources experience (required).
• At least 3 years of experience working with a licensed home care services agency (LHCSA).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with candidates and foster strong relationships.
• Highly motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in G Suite and ATS systems (Arla).
