About the position

The Bilingual Insurance Agent role at Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC focuses on selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing customers. The position emphasizes building and maintaining client relationships to achieve sales goals, while providing excellent customer service and support. The agent will also be responsible for accurate transaction accounting and timely deposit deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales production goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to expand business.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely deposits to the bank.
• Educate and advise customers on suitable insurance products.

Requirements

• Valid Property & Casualty License preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license.
