About the position

The Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent is responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing customers. This role emphasizes building and maintaining client relationships to achieve sales goals, while providing education on suitable insurance products. The position offers a growth-oriented culture with opportunities for internal promotions and continuous training.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales production goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to achieve production goals.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely deposits to the bank.
• Educate and advise customers on suitable insurance products.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
