About the position

The Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent/Sales Representative is responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing customers. This role emphasizes building and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales goals, while providing education and advice on suitable insurance products. The position offers a growth-oriented culture with opportunities for internal promotions and continuous training.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve sales production goals.
• Build relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely delivery of deposits to the bank.
• Educate and advise customers on suitable insurance products.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunities for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
