About the position

The Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative at Ai United Insurance is responsible for driving new business production through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. This role involves developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and exploring cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
• Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Requirements

• Be able to obtain or currently possess a property & casualty insurance license.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Successful sales background.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
