Responsibilities
- Interpret between individuals who speak different languages during phone or video calls.
- Complete the paid interpreter training course provided by CyraCom.
- Assist patients with limited English proficiency in understanding their medical care.
- Enable individuals to access essential services such as banking, insurance, and legal services.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in English and a second language, as determined by the Language Skills Checkup.
Nice-to-haves
