About the position

The Bilingual IT Support Specialist I at Bellwether Technology serves as the first point of contact for IT issues, providing support primarily in Spanish and English. This role involves troubleshooting, documenting, and resolving IT-related issues while ensuring customer satisfaction. The position is designed for entry-level candidates with a focus on professional growth within a supportive and employee-centric culture.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and log all customer questions and issues accurately and efficiently into the ticketing system.
  • Assist with defining and documenting knowledge base articles.
  • Escalate problems to the next level of support when necessary.
  • Consistently meet or exceed required performance criteria.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Minimum of two (2) years supporting end-users in a tech support environment.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Process and procedure-oriented.
  • Strong technical skills (Windows, PC, etc.).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Team player, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle changing priorities.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet changing call volume levels.
  • Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements.
