As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to users, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Requirements

  • Diploma or GED required.
  • Associates or Bachelor in a related field is preferred.

  • Ability to adhere to stringent schedules.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently after adequate training.
  • Initiative to seek guidance when undertaking unfamiliar challenges.
  • Effective communication skills with team members remotely or in-person.
