The Bilingual Janitorial Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the janitorial program and leading a team to deliver high-quality services. The position involves recruiting, training, and developing staff, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the janitorial program and lead a team of professionals.
• Identify, recruit, and develop new employees.
• Provide training for on-site managers and supervisors.
• Develop new programs and systems to meet or exceed expectations at each location.
• Sustain relationships with management and ownership.
• Coach and counsel employees as needed, including termination when necessary.
• Provide required reports in a timely manner.
• Conduct oneself with honesty and integrity.
• Attend regular meetings as required.
• Travel to assist in the development of future properties as needed.
• Participate in non-regional assignments as necessary.
• Anticipate, accept, and adapt to change.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in janitorial management.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Understanding of operations and budgetary responsibilities.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Ability to communicate expectations and consequences effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to identify opportunities.
• Strong people skills and results-oriented mindset.
