• Support in the preparation of client materials such as presentations and proposals.
• Maintain client relationships and promote banking products to meet clients' banking needs.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development departments to ensure client needs are met.
• Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.
• Provide ad hoc reports for management.

Requirements

• Must speak, read, and write Japanese fluently.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• 3+ years of work experience in corporate banking, project finance, or energy/natural resources sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
