We are seeking a Bilingual Junior Paralegal to join our personal injury firm located in Charlotte, NC, and to work in close collaboration with our attorneys to enhance the client experience. No experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training and support to the ideal candidate. This is a full-time in-office position with a salary of $42,000 per year. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an hour for lunch. As a Bilingual Junior Paralegal, you will act as an advocate for clients and aid them in making informed decisions. You will assist clients in obtaining medical care and support services, communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties. Additionally, you will manage case assignments, monitor progress, and maintain organized case files. Providing administrative support to attorneys and senior paralegals is also a key part of your role, along with adhering to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluent in conversational Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not required)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Compassion for clients and a strong desire to assist
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
