About the position

The Bilingual Korean Call Center Scheduler at Transtreme, LLC plays a crucial role in connecting geriatric patients with Nurse Practitioners for health assessments. This full-time position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both Korean and English. The role is based in Irving, TX, and involves scheduling appointments, assisting with translation services, and ensuring a high standard of care for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and assist geriatric patients in scheduling visits with Nurse Practitioners for clinic appointments, home visits, or video appointments.
  • Aid with the translation line for non-English speaking patients to ensure effective communication and care.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and scheduling records in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with the medical team to improve patient health outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Korean (Required)
  • 1 year of previous telephone experience, preferably in a call center setting.
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • A friendly demeanor and a passion for helping others.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in customer service (1 year preferred).
