About the position

The Bilingual Korean Call Center Scheduler at Transtreme, LLC plays a crucial role in connecting geriatric patients with Nurse Practitioners for health assessments. This full-time position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both Korean and English. The role is based in Chino, CA, and involves scheduling appointments and assisting non-English speaking patients through a translation line.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and assist geriatric patients by scheduling visits with Nurse Practitioners for clinic appointments, home visits, or video appointments.
  • Aid with the translation line for patients who are not fluent in English to ensure quality care.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients seeking services.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and scheduling records.

Requirements

  • 1 year of previous telephone experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • A friendly demeanor and a passion for helping others.
  • Bilingual in Korean (required).

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous customer service experience (1 year preferred).
