About the position

The Bilingual Leasing Agent is responsible for implementing leasing and marketing strategies to promote the apartment community's positive image. This role involves engaging with prospective residents, providing rental information, and assisting management with resident programs and retention efforts. The agent will also handle administrative tasks and maintain records related to leasing activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement leasing and marketing programs for the apartment community.
• Greet and assist prospects visiting the leasing office.
• Answer phone and personal inquiries, providing rental information professionally.
• Schedule sales appointments and convert leads into property visits.
• Perform verifications of applications and complete administrative duties as requested.
• Maintain daily traffic logs, phone logs, and follow-up records.
• Have complete knowledge of the apartment community and local competition.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Meet leasing goals and pricing requirements.
• Engage in community outreach marketing and maintain locator relationships.
• Inspect make-ready standards and community appeal.
• Track traffic, appointments, and leases daily.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• 1 year of experience in apartment leasing or property management.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Valid Driver's License.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Ability to commute to Grand Prairie, TX (preferred).
• Willingness to relocate before starting work (required).
