About the position

The Bilingual Leasing Agent position at Hire Priority involves engaging with prospective residents, showcasing properties, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced multifamily environment. The role requires a motivated individual who can effectively close deals and interact with clients both in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents by showcasing units and amenities through in-person tours, virtual tours, or social media postings.
• Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about amenities and local community details.
• Prepare, process, and execute lease agreements.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and future residents.
• Coordinate and schedule guided apartment tours with apartment locators on behalf of prospective residents.

Requirements

• 2 years of property leasing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, Appfolio, etc.
• Understanding of and compliance with Fair Housing Act.
• Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and self-confidence are a must.
• Must provide identification and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the multifamily apartment industry preferred.
• Tax Credit knowledge is helpful but not required.
