About the position

The Bilingual Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at multi-family residential properties. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, vendors, and associates, requiring a high-energy individual with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. The position involves managing the leasing process, fostering relationships, and handling administrative tasks related to leasing and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Tour, qualify, and sell the property's features to prospective and current residents.
• Manage the leasing, closing, and move-in process for new and current residents.
• Determine customer needs and resolve issues or escalate as necessary.
• Foster new relationships with customers and maintain positive resident relations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as managing lease files and updating paperwork.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a Leasing position preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a Customer Service position required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Valid Driver's License (Preferred).
• Fluency in Spanish (Required).
