About the position

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Leasing Agent to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This position is crucial for maintaining high occupancy rates and ensuring tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, allowing them to effectively engage with prospective and current tenants. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing lease terms, executing marketing initiatives, and overseeing daily property operations. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and addressing tenant needs, ensuring a positive living experience for all residents. In this position, you will conduct property and unit tours for potential tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of our properties. You will also manage email correspondence and social media marketing efforts to attract new tenants. Assisting Property Managers with lease renewals and tenant inquiries will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will ensuring that vacant units are prepared for new tenants and overseeing the move-in procedures. You will prepare and update weekly Vacancy and Occupancy Reports to track our performance and handle financial transactions, including deposits, rents, and utility management. Additionally, you will process tenant work orders and follow up to confirm their completion, ensuring that all tenant requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and maintain occupancy targets by leasing units.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of leasing experience.
  • Knowledge of property management and fair housing practices.
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
