About the position
As a Bilingual Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent at TTEC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by resolving complex inquiries and providing compassionate support. This remote position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English. You will be responsible for answering customer communications, conducting research to resolve issues, and potentially upselling products or services.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming communications from customers.
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
- Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed.
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty license.
- 6 months or more of customer service experience.
- Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.
- Integrity to follow guidelines on maintaining members' privacy.
- Computer experience with high-speed internet (> 10 mbps).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in upselling products or services.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
