About the position
As a Bilingual Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent at TTEC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by providing exceptional service and support. This remote position requires you to resolve complex customer inquiries, consult on insurance products, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication in both Spanish and English. Your contributions will directly impact the overall success of the customer experience team, which is recognized for its award-winning culture.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty license
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
- Integrity to follow guidelines on maintaining members' privacy
- Computer experience
- High speed internet (> 10 mbps)
- Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in upselling products or services
