Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and motions
• Conduct discovery, including propounding and responding to requests
• Coordinate with experts
• Obtain witness statements
• Assist in obtaining reductions
• Support deposition, mediation, and trial preparation
• Manage litigation calendar

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a reputable personal injury firm
• Experience handling personal injury matters on the plaintiff's side
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing litigation processes

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Westlaw
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
