About the position

Top Flite Financial, Inc. is seeking a skilled Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to join their team. This role is essential in assisting clients with their loan applications and guiding them through the lending process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in income calculations, financial services, underwriting, and loan processing, contributing to the company's commitment to exceptional mortgage services and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications, calculate income, and check documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist loan officer in scheduling client strategy calls and organizing the prospect pipeline.
• Guide clients through the loan process from start to finish, answering questions and triaging issues when they occur.
• Communicate with clients via phone and text, providing support and coverage on weekends about once a month.
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to expedite the loan approval process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency is required.
• Experience in financial sales, underwriting, and loan processing.
• Strong understanding of income calculations for variable and self-employment income.
• Knowledge of underwriting procedures and Fair Housing regulations.
• Familiarity with FNMA guidelines and financial sales techniques.
• Experience with Encompass is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in loan origination (1 year preferred).
• Customer service experience (1 year preferred).
