About the position
The Bilingual Marketing and Customer Engagement Specialist at Trailer Made LLC is responsible for enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement through various marketing strategies. This role involves creating social media content, managing product advertisements, and engaging with customers in the showroom. The specialist will also conduct educational presentations and collaborate with the digital marketing team to drive successful campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create and post engaging content on social media to increase brand awareness.
- List and manage product advertisements on online marketplaces.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments with prospects.
- Welcome and inform prospects in the showroom.
- Conduct presentations and tours to educate prospects about our trailers.
- Work with the digital marketing team on projects and campaigns.
- Prepare floor plans, invoices, and closing documents.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-haves
- Marketing experience is a plus but not required.
- Design skills in CAD, Sketchup, or similar software are a plus.
