About the position

The Bilingual Marketing Coordinator at AGI will play a crucial role in the marketing team, focusing on developing and implementing marketing campaigns, creating collateral materials, and assisting with digital marketing and event promotions. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish and involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective brand communication and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement marketing and advertising campaigns by analyzing sales patterns and business priorities.
  • Prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; organize promotional presentations and update materials.
  • Coordinate with graphic design, photography, video vendors, and technology partners to keep promotional materials ready.
  • Support sales staff by analyzing sales data, market trends, forecasts, and new product information.
  • Monitor competitive products by evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
  • Lead the planning and execution of regional and national events and tradeshows.
  • Monitor budgets by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on the agricultural sector and participate in relevant educational opportunities.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and customers.
  • Ensure brand communication is consistent with company and brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in B2B marketing organizations, especially in complex matrix or international structures, is preferred.
  • Strong grounding in digital and technology marketing approaches.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic growth organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation management.
