About the position

The Bilingual Medicare Sales Field Agent position at Humana involves engaging with the Medicare population to sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries about available services. This role requires building community relationships, driving self-generated sales, and meeting sales goals while working independently in the field. The agent will interact with customers through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic means, participating in grassroots marketing and community events.

Responsibilities

• Build community relationships and drive self-generated sales.
• Meet sales goals and metrics while working independently.
• Interact with Humana's customers and external business partners through various communication methods.
• Sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on services in a field setting.
• Participate in grassroots marketing and field sales community events.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write without limitations.
• Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain prior to the start date.
• Experience with technology, including high-level use of laptops and mobile applications, and understanding of CRM tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook.
• Possess a clear and valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance.
