About the position

A1 Restaurant Furniture, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Office Clerk to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills in both English and another language. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of office tasks, including answering customer phone calls, processing orders, quoting freight, and arranging shipments. The role requires a proactive approach to customer service, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of office work experience and an Associate degree or higher. This position offers a stable work environment with opportunities for growth and development. In this role, you will be expected to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will also assist onsite customers with their orders, providing them with the necessary support to ensure a positive experience. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a half-hour lunch break. After a three-month probation period, the position will become permanent, with an annual salary of $50,000+, which includes commission and bonuses based on job performance. Paid holidays, PTO, and other benefits will also be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer phone calls and process orders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' office work experience.
  • Fluent in English and another language.
  • Strong English speaking and writing communication skills for customer relationships.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Responsible and organized with a focus on details.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to address customer issues effectively.
  • Stable work position required.
  • Education level at Associate degree or above.

Nice-to-haves

  • Customer service experience (2 years preferred).
  • Ability to speak Chinese (preferred).
