About the position

The Bilingual Office Clerk position is a full-time role focused on providing comprehensive office support, including recruitment and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while also performing general clerical duties and supporting team operations. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Input and update data accurately in various databases and spreadsheets.
  • Provide support to other team members and departments as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and perform initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in office, receptionist, customer service or a related field is preferable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
