About the position
The On-Site Bilingual Recruiter position at PeopleShare involves actively recruiting candidates for temp-to-hire warehouse positions. This role is integral to the hiring process, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with both candidates and clients. The recruiter will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to a rewarding environment where helping others find jobs is a key focus.
Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates for temp to hire warehouse positions
- Source, screen, interview and submit candidates for job opportunities
- Post job ads and maintain active presence through networking and career sites such as Indeed
- Maintain excellent communication with job candidates and client throughout the hiring process
- Prepare job candidates for interviews and conduct full orientations
- Work closely with client to ensure all needs are being met
- Walk manufacturing floor several times a day to ensure safety of our employees
- Work on-site to answer any employees questions, comments or concerns
Requirements
- Work experience in a fast paced environment manufacturing on-site role
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is a must
- High sense of urgency and drive to move a process forward
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Teams
- Excellent long term proven job tenure
