Bilingual Onsite Supervisor

About the position

The Bilingual Onsite Supervisor at Verstela is responsible for overseeing a team at a high-volume client site, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to maintain client relationships and support employee performance. Comprehensive training will be provided to set the supervisor up for success in managing on-site operations and addressing any issues that arise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Support and oversee the performance and well-being of employees on-site.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise, efficiently and effectively.
• Perform talent interviews.
• Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1+ years of supervisory (lead) experience in a customer service or sales setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation to visit client sites on a regular basis

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a team lead or similar role
• Prior recruiting experience is not required
