About the position

The Bilingual Onsite Support IHA role involves managing and overseeing temporary employees at a client location, ensuring smooth operations by addressing staffing needs, maintaining client relationships, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. This position acts as the primary liaison between the staffing agency and the client company.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with client managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring temporary employees to fill client orders based on skillset and job requirements.
• Conducting new hire orientations and providing necessary training to temporary employees regarding client expectations and company policies.
• Regularly evaluating the performance of temporary employees and providing feedback and coaching.
• Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing disciplinary actions as needed.
• Overseeing timekeeping systems and ensuring accurate time and attendance reporting for payroll processing.
• Enforcing company and client safety regulations and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Providing regular updates to the staffing agency regarding staffing levels, performance metrics, and client feedback.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and temporary employees.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and staff.
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide temporary employees.
• Proficiency in data entry and using timekeeping systems.
