About the position
The Bilingual Outpatient Therapist (Spanish) at ColumbiaCare Services is responsible for providing clinical services to individuals experiencing crisis. This role involves conducting provisional assessments, offering clinical oversight, and liaising with community providers. The therapist will also receive crisis de-escalation training and has the opportunity to participate in a supervision toward licensure program after a successful introductory period.
Responsibilities
- Perform provisional assessments for individuals in crisis.
- Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff.
- Liaise with other community providers.
- Participate in crisis de-escalation training and perform physical techniques as required.
- Develop treatment plans and provide outpatient therapy and case management.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting is preferred.
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
- Unlicensed Therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
