About the position

Statewide Remodeling, a division of Renuity, is seeking Bilingual Outside Sales Representatives to join our expanding team in McAllen, TX. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their sales skills and build relationships with customers. As a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative, you will receive comprehensive training on our product lines and sales techniques, enabling you to deliver engaging presentations and refine your negotiation skills. Our marketing teams will provide you with pre-qualified leads, eliminating the need for cold calling or door knocking, allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling. In this full-time, W-2 position, you will be responsible for developing relationships with both prospective and existing customers. The average annual earnings for this role range from $150,000 to $250,000, with top performers earning upwards of $350,000. You will benefit from a structured training program led by top sales leaders in the industry, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet and exceed your sales goals. The role requires a commitment to working a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays, to provide the best customer experience possible. Responsibilities

  • Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
  • Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
  • Promote company products and services
  • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
  • Provide best-in-class customer experience
  • Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays

Requirements

  • Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish
  • Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales is a plus
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
  • Approachable demeanor
  • Own a reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license
  • Criminal background checks
