About the position

FHIA Remodeling is seeking a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic and growing organization. This position is available throughout Titusville, Cocoa, and Merritt Island, and offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to excel in a sales career with unlimited potential. As a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative, you will be part of a motivated and high-performing culture, where you can earn between $150,000 to over $350,000 per year in uncapped commissions. Top representatives have the potential to earn up to $400,000+ annually. In this role, you will not have to worry about cold calling or door knocking, as all leads are provided to you. You will have 2 to 3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments each day, allowing you to focus on delivering interactive sales presentations to decision-makers in their homes. Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive sales presentations on our products and services to decision makers at their homes.
  • Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet planned sales goals and quotas.
  • Set individual sales targets and track sales goals, reporting results accordingly.
  • Promote company products and services effectively.
  • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts with clients.
  • Work a full schedule, including flexibility for weekend and holiday appointments.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments.
  • Own vehicle with a valid driver's license.
  • In-home sales or business-to-consumer sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in windows and doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, or HVAC sales is a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to work successfully without requiring close supervision.
  • Criminal background checks are required.
