About the position

As a Bilingual Case Manager / Paralegal at DiPasquale Moore, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Attorneys throughout the lifecycle of personal injury cases. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service to clients who have experienced traumatic events. You will be responsible for managing a substantial caseload, which averages over 200 cases, ensuring that each client receives timely updates and support. Your role will involve drafting and submitting letters of representation to various insurance companies, preparing demands, and reviewing medical records to build strong cases for our clients. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will frequently interact with clients to keep them informed about the status of their cases. In addition to case management, you will be expected to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail. This includes consistently reviewing your entire caseload from start to finish, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that the quality of service provided is exceptional. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment is critical, as you will be juggling multiple tasks and priorities. Your diligence in honoring deadlines and maintaining standards will contribute to the overall success of our team and the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
