• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, court dates, and mediations while coordinating with all parties involved.
• Prepare correspondence, discovery documents, and trial materials as needed.
• Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation under the guidance of attorneys.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Paralegal, preferably in personal injury and no-fault claims.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures relevant to personal injury law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality work.
