Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul Center with our products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Sanitize trucks and inspect equipment, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about our offers.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Availability for part-time work, including weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility to perform both inside and outside duties (including sanitizing trucks).
• Basic customer service and computer knowledge.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
