About the position

As a Bilingual Polish Lead Teller at PNC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and driving financial well-being. This full-time position involves coaching and mentoring tellers, supervising customer interactions, and promoting PNC products. You will be responsible for greeting customers, educating them on new technologies, and ensuring efficient transaction handling. Your leadership will help foster a customer-focused environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Coaches, mentors, and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing.
  • Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on available financial alternatives.
  • Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and makes appropriate referrals.
  • Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Assists the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
  • Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Polish is required.
  • 1+ years of related experience in banking or customer service is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is typically required, but a combination of education and experience may be considered.
