Responsibilities

  • Maximize Team Potential by leveraging team members' natural talents.
  • Supervise a team of 15 or more insurance service consultants.
  • Collaborate with management and peers to identify best practices and brainstorm solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for individual and team performance enhancement and implement improvement processes.
  • Effectively resolve conflicts while balancing empathy, care, and performance for customers and staff.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as managing time off, approving payroll adjustments, ensuring schedule adherence, and monitoring performance metrics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a call center environment.
  • Previous insurance experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate direction clearly and concisely.
  • Strong customer service background with the ability to drive results.
  • Strong leadership and relationship skills.
  • Naturally positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Problem-solving skills with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
