Bilingual Project Coordinator - Water/Fire Mitigation

About the position

The Bilingual Project Coordinator for ServiceMaster Advanced Restorations will play a crucial role in the Mitigation Department, focusing on fire, water, and mold restoration projects. This position involves coordinating with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and various teams to ensure efficient project management and communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain highly detailed documentation (photos, notes, calendar, etc.) for all assigned projects.
• Coordinate job schedules, prep and dispatch crews, and manage subcontractors for all projects.
• Facilitate heavy communication between departments, with adjusters, customers, and technicians.
• Serve as the critical, central role within the department, connecting all other roles together.
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Mitigation department.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in a high volume, fast-paced administrative environment.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is necessary for this role.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Xactimate, DASH, and/or ContentsTrack is preferred.
