About the position

The Bilingual Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property management office, ensuring excellent customer service for both prospective and current residents. The role requires a professional who can effectively communicate, solve problems, and maintain a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Providing first-line customer service to all prospective residents and current residents
  • Answering all incoming calls and emails
  • Completing rental forms and agreements
  • Collecting rents/deposits
  • Assisting the Property Manager in collection of delinquent rents
  • Proactively looking for ways to better the experience for our residents
  • Processing of all administrative forms and reports
  • Performing residential leasing, telephone and sales techniques successfully
  • Sending out late notices and filing evictions
  • Other duties as determined and required by the Property Manager

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Strong math skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Well written
  • Work well under pressure
  • Tech savvy
  • Organized
  • Self-starter
  • Valid driver's license

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in property management (1 year preferred)
  • Experience in property leasing (1 year preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
