About the position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual (Spanish/English) Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various positions within the organization. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be essential in building relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Utilize various platforms such as Indeed, Monday, Teams, and Paychex to manage recruitment processes efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Perform technical recruiting for specialized roles while ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
• Facilitate employee orientation sessions for DSPs who primarily speak Spanish to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the organization.
• Conduct research on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall recruitment process and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with technical recruiting practices is preferred.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software such as Indeed, Monday, Teams, and Paychex, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
