We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team and help us find top talent in both Spanish and English-speaking markets. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to finalizing hires. You will leverage your bilingual skills to connect with a diverse pool of candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process for our Spanish and English-speaking applicants. Your expertise in recruiting will help us attract and retain exceptional talent to support our company's goals. In this role, you will develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization. You will utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates in both English and Spanish-speaking markets. Conducting initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews will be part of your responsibilities to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates will be crucial to ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for creating and managing job postings in both English and Spanish, ensuring they accurately reflect the role and attract qualified candidates. Compliance with relevant laws and regulations in recruitment practices is essential, and you will provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and candidate pipeline. Additionally, you will assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful candidate placement.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ADP & Avionte) and other recruiting software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
