About the position

KleenMark Services Corp is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our recruitment department. This role is crucial in supporting our in-house recruiters who specialize in developing and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies tailored to specific industries, including healthcare and education. The Bilingual Recruiter will work through all phases of the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent to meet our operational needs. In this position, the recruiter will collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify the necessary skills, experience, and hiring criteria for various roles. The recruiter will be responsible for job postings and advertisements, screening applications, and selecting qualified candidates. Scheduling interviews and adhering to recruitment best practices are essential functions of this role. The recruiter will also assist in the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers as needed. Additionally, the Bilingual Recruiter will work with the Account Manager during the offer process, helping to identify and recommend salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details. Compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies, is a critical aspect of this role. The recruiter will also provide quality company orientation for new hires and manage inbound and outbound calls through the office switchboard. Participation in job fairs and recruiting sessions, as well as purposeful visits to client locations, will also be part of the responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Work through all phases of the recruitment process with new hires.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify detailed and accurate skills, experience, and hiring criteria.
  • Manage job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and follow recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers when required.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide quality company orientation upon hiring an individual.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls through the office switchboard.
  • Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Participate on purposeful visits to client locations from a recruitment standpoint.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment or HR systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
