The Bilingual Recruiter/Staffing Specialist at Openwork is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing talent in various assignments while developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities

• Source and match talent with clients appropriately.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow the business.
• Conduct interviews and prepare talent for client interviews as necessary.
• Place appropriately skilled talent on assignments following vetting processes.
• Conduct new talent orientations and check-ins as needed.
• Coach and counsel talent on performance and attendance expectations.
• Complete disciplinary actions such as write-ups and terminations as needed.
• Retain talent through regular quality checks and career support.
• Develop relationships with clients to retain and expand market share.
• Participate in daily team huddles and assist with administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate system documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting and staffing processes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
