As a Recruiter at SIMOS, you will be an integral part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals dedicated to filling high-volume light industrial positions. This role is essential in providing staffing and recruiting solutions that our clients rely on. The ideal candidate for this position will be extremely perceptive and capable of relating to individuals at all levels of the organization. Your responsibilities will extend beyond managing the internal processes of candidate applications; you will also engage with the community and utilize various tools to attract and recruit candidates through grassroots initiatives, networking, and fieldwork. In this position, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements, ensuring that the recruiting plan is effectively executed. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening resumes to identify qualified candidates, conducting both phone and in-person interviews to assess their qualifications. Managing the hiring process from the offer stage to onboarding will be a key part of your role, as will creating an ongoing candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of talent. You will also oversee paperless recruiting operations, monitor the effectiveness of all advertising campaigns, and participate in job fairs and community events to enhance our outreach. Maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring compliance with internal systems will be crucial, as will proactively seeking new avenues to attract candidates by building networks within the community. Your role will involve managing daily information and candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas for improvement, and providing feedback to the SIMOS Operations team. You will also be responsible for resolving problems, participating in meetings, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction among candidates and stakeholders. Relationship management will be a significant aspect of your role, including handling escalations, communicating recruitment progress, and managing expectations.
